How do you say this?
When eyebrows are sloping down from the middle of the forehead like this: / \
How do you call this kind of eyebrows? Falling eyebrows, downward eyebrows?

It depends on what you are saying. If the eyebrows are that shape naturally then I would call them "drooping eyebrows" or "downward slanting eyebrows".
If you are talking about the eyebrows being that shape because of the person scrunching up their face (because of emotion) then I would say "frowning eyebrows". To "frown" means to scrunch up the top part of your face because of anger, sadness or just because the person concentrating.
