Domestic has a lot of meanings but basically it means things that pertain to "home" whether literally at a person's home or your home country. A "domestic worker" is a servant who works in someone's home like a maid. "Domestic violence" is when a family member harms another family member. "Domesticated animals" are animals that are not wild or feral but live with people like dogs, cats, cows, pigs, etc. Domestic can also refer to things that happen within a country, the opposite of international. A flight from New York to Los Angles is a domestic flight. A flight from New York to London is an international flight. Domestic affairs are political matters within a country.
Indigenous is something that occurs naturally or originally in a given place. In the US we talk about indigenous people meaning Native Americans who were here before the Europeans arrived. Indigenous plants and animals are those that are native to region. Potatoes are indigenous to the Americas. Horses are not indigenous the the Americas.
