I’d like to ask, please cancel the order, are the sentences below correct?

The sentences are correct. But if write more politely…
予約をキャンセルさせて頂きたく、ご連絡差し上げました。(I am sorry to inform you that I will have to cancel my reservation.)
It is so Japanesey, I think.
