How can I describe someone’s figure as “ in between thin and overweight”?
Can I say “ he is of medium build” or “ he is of medium weight.”
Can I say “ he is of medium figure .”
Or are there any other common expressions ?
Thanks !

Hi, I'm not a native speaker but attended English schools since kindergarten. Personally, I would definitely go with "he is of medium build". Hope this helps. Cheers.

I would say he is of medium build. (best- addresses bone structure/frame, height, everything)
He's got a medium build.
He's a medium sized guy.
He's not particularly large. He's just a regular guy.

Medium build is quite usual or average build
