Does it sound natural, " My role is to hold 4 small tomato together with skewer."?

1) It is good style to spell out small numbers in words: "four," not "4."
2) Having said "four," you are talking about more than one, so you need the plural form of "tomato." Often you form the plural just by adding -s, but there are many irregular forms and this is one of them. So, you need to say "four small tomatoes."
3) You need to say "hold them together with a skewer."
4) It depends on the context, but I think you need the word "job," not "role."
"My job is to hold four small tomatoes together with a skewer."

The meaning of what you write is unclear. Probably "role" and/or "hold" aren't the correct English words.

Hey emma :)
I’m thinking you might be using the words, “my role” because you’re talking about a party, or contrasting your little assignment with something outstanding someone else is doing? Maybe I’m wrong, but I’m thinking I might use the words “my role” in that situation.
Like, “My sister is making a feast with three main courses and ten sides... My role is to put four little tomatoes on a skewer.”
That sounds natural to me, in that setting.
I would state it as mentioned above, “My role is to put four little tomatoes on a skewer.”
That would be like an kind of sarcastic or funny contrast between how much she is doing and what a little assignment you were given. 🙂
