My little sister is always banking her dirty clothes up in her bed.
My little sister is always piling her dirty clothes up in her bed.
My little sister is always heaping her dirty clothes up in her bed.

Banking: No (at least not in American English)
Piling: yes, but the phrase would be 'My little sister is always piling up her dirty clothes in her bed."
Heaping: No
