Hi there!
Here are some edits that make your questions and answers sound a bit more natural (to me - this could differ from person to person)!
1.How much money do you spend on studying each year?
It costs about two or three thousand yuan a year.
* take out the comma in the question
2.What subjects/courses/topics are you studying at the moment?
I'm studying time management right now.
* the above correction sounds more natural to me - saying 'lessons' suggests the time dedicated to study rather than the topic of study
3.What do you want your child to be good at?
I hope my child is good at drawing and English.
* fine!
4.Do you respect your child’s opinions?
Yes, definitely. I let her make her own decisions a lot of the time.
* child = 1
* while there werent any big problems with your answer, the response above sounds more natural to me. Saying 'that's for sure' sounds a bit out of place in this context - this could be because of my South African upbringing though.
5.Would you force a child to take a course that they did not enjoy?
Never, I don't think it's right to force a child to take a class they don't enjoy.
* I replaced 'she' with 'they' because the question and the first part of your answer deals with 'a child' in general and not your child/daughter
6.Do you care a great deal about your child's grades?
I don't care much, what I care about is whether she is good at what she likes.
* while there is nothing wrong with your response, I would take the first part out and change it to:
What I care about is whether she is good at what she likes.
I hope this helps!
