the Arabic translation for "whole wheat flour" is: Daqeeq al-qamh al-kamel دقيق القمح الكامل

Normally in arabic countries, we bake with All-Purpose Flour and not the whole wheat type, which is not really popular..so if you use hicham's translation, people might not understand what you mean because we don't use it a lot, although it IS the correct translation
All-Purpose Flour translates to:
الدقيق متعدد الاغراض
Aldakeek motaded elaghrad :)

flour=طحين *tahine*
