"don't haven't received" - watch out for the double contraction (don't & haven't) and the 3 verbs in a row.

Hello Lisa_ 08,
You can not use both "still" and " now" in the same sentence.
Using a word like " until now " or " yet" is expressing the correct meaning in this sentence.
However using any of them ("now" or "yet") requires using the present perfect mostly .
So Wozitoya's sentence is the most accurate.
