Hello Rey
Both of Arabic and Hebrew are Semitic languages so they share many words and roots in common.
As an example the word father is the same in Arabic and Hebrew "ʼab-" & "ʼāḇ"

Bring to your knowledge ,Ramsès II & pharaons( ancient Egyptians) didn't speak Arabic.The written and spoken language at that time was Hieroglyphs.
