It depends on the gender of the person you are talking to:
If you are talking to a male:
Wahashtny وحشتنى
Eftakdtok أفتقدك
If you are talking to a female:
Wahashteeny وحشتينى

I think though that " ishtaqto ialyeka" is more of missing a lover.
However ' aftaqidak' is missing a friend .

I miss you =أفتقدك
like when someone is missing you, that they are separated from you and wish you were with them.
for male" Aftaqidak"
for female" Aftaqiduki"
