it is human nature.......if they feels inscurity they tells lie............................................just give them all the time....time will tell you who is really true to you...

Hi! Because such kind of men are weak and they want to gain things at the expense of others .In addition to bad faith.

I think people lie in order to gain or keep an advantage. That is, the truth may damage their status or hinder their opportunities (eg. "he has a girlfriend"!) I think some men feel they have to keep up a show of being cool/nice/strong/rich/honest/single/etc. So finding out what is true and real takes pateince and time (viz. Plato's "Symposium"). And Moscal's comment is worth noting... because people do show their true colours when faced with adversity!

Easy solution. Don't believe the words! Words are cheap. If man says that he likes/loves you, make him prove it - "like" or "love" are one of the most overused words in the world. If they're not being sincere about their feelings then that would be too much effort for just sex and they fly to another flower. "how can I tell who really loves me" Look his eyes and body language when he tells that. They betray the lie unless he's highly experienced gigolo. Why men lie? Why people lie in the first place? Human is a wolf for human. Inclined to be selfish and opportunistic. Yeah and men seemingly have the holy quest to find new breasts to suckle even for one night after they get weaned away from their mother's ones. The trauma they never got over with!
