Is there another word for Zia?
i know in english we say aunt "carla" or auntie "val". but all i can find in italian is zia. would it be zia anna?
or is there different ways to refer to your aunt?

hi Annette,
yes it's correct, the translation is aunt= zia, uncle = zio.
I can refer to my aunt in three ways:
1) "zia francesca"
2) only "zia"
3) "zietta" (auntie)
