Hi Safaa, this quote is from "Timon of Athens", Act 3 scene 1.
It means that sometimes if you are honest, you finish last or lose good opportunities. Sometimes the people who tell the most lies are the ones who end up getting ahead of honest people. For some people ethics are nonexistent and they are willing to lie, cheat, and steal if that is going to help them get ahead in this world.

I accept with Jura.. as said, the most honest will be the one atlast who will be blamed.. whereas falsehood and lies will prevail to be the most effective tool to have a biased but successful life.. (Ex..Business, Cinema etc).. Remember the words of William Shakespeare.."All the world is a stage....."
