chuang hu versus chuang zi In two beginner books by the same company, window is shown as Chuang1hu in one book but chuang1zi in the other. Are the two interchangeable (as in it doesn't matter which of the two you use for "window")? Also my dictionary doesn't have any tone marks for hu or zi - does that mean these are both fifth tone?Thank you very much Serana. Since I can't message you , I will simply edit your feedback remarks here (2 minor corrections). "In general, chuang hu and chuangzi....(leave out the word "the")....they have the same meaning (add the -ing)

Yes,In general, the chuang hu and chuangzi are interchangeable, they have the same mean, but chuanghu may be more common. Yes, hu and zi are both fifth tone in these situations. By the way, if my sentences have any mistakes, please tell me. Thank you.
