Entschuldigung means in English "apology", and it may mean "excuse me" as a start to a question (Entschuldigung, ich habe eine Frage.) Tut mir leid means in English "I am sorry". This may overlap with Entschuldigung, but you may also use "tut mir leid" to say, that you feel sorry about sth. or for someone: Peter ist krank. Das tut mir sehr leid.

Hola Cleoret, que tal... En Espanol podrías equiparar a "Entschuldigung" con "Perdón" o "Disculpe", cuando sería una fórmula de cortesía. Lo utilizas asi mismo como en Espanol. "Disculpe" podría ser "Verzeihung" también. "(es/das) tut mir leid" del verbo "leid tun" (sentir algo) es "Lo siento". Generalmente no puedes mezclarles. Por ejemplo, no decirías "Lo siento, donde está el museo?" ;) En mi opinion asi es: Perdon -> Entschuldigung Discuple -> Verzeihung Lo siento -> (es/das) tut mir leid No tienes por qué sentirlo. -> Es/Das muss dir nicht leid tun. preguntas? ;) Daniel :)
