Cuadro= painting with frame, as you may hang it on your romm.
Pintura= painting itself, the contents of the -"cuadro", that's it; the image.
Dibujo= an image made with pencil, graffitos, etc on any surface. The lines, the draft, anything. Example: you can do a "dibujo" on a paper of any item, then you may paint it and becomes "pintura" (with oils, etc and then you frame it..then you got the final product: the "cuadro".

Cuadro:
could mean a painting (pintura),they could be synonyms :
Un cuadro de Miró -> a painting by Miró
Dos cuadros de Velázquez -> two Velazquez’ paintings
but it means also:
- square (cuadrado)
una camisa a cuadros -> a check shirt
- scene, spectacle (escena)
Después del terremoto, la ciudad presentaba un cuadro desolador
After the earthquake, the city was a scene of devastation.
- team (equipo)
el cuadro directivo de una empresa -> the management of a company
- chart, diagram (gráfico)
cuadro sinóptico -> tree diagram
- frame (de bicicleta)
Pintura: ( synonym of cuadro) a painting
una pintura renacentista -> Renaissance painting
pintura a la acuarela -> watercolor
pintura al fresco -> fresco
pintura mural -> mural painting
pintura al óleo -> oil painting
pintura rupestre -> cave painting
'Pintura' means also paint ( materia liquida) or colored pencil (crayon).
Dibujo:
on the other hand means 'drawing'
It refers to the technique and implementation of the work of art ( técnica, obra):
dibujo a lápiz/al carboncillo -> pencil/charcoal drawing
dibujo anatómico -> anatomical drawing
dibujo lineal (education) -> = drawing of geometrical figures
dibujo técnico -> technical drawing
dibujos animados -> cartoons
"Dibujo" means also a pattern ( en tela, prenda).
