in my opinion DO NOT realy on Romaja, its kinda useless as there is no Offical way to right it in romanized form. 추워요: litteraly means just COLD but can be used in the if your talking to a group of friends or not directing it to a specific someone u should say 나는 추워요 which litteraly means I am cold but if u are with someone eg mother(or when u are 1 on1 with someone) u can say 엄마 추워요. cuz they will know ur are talking about yourself.
Once agian Chuoyo = COLD but cant be used in the context of it is cold or iam cold.
