兩者的區別並不太大。
例如 私は男性です。和 私が男性です。
前者強調的是「男性」這個名詞，而後者強調的是「我」。
簡單來說が強調的是這個介詞的前面那個詞，
而は強調的是這個介詞後面的那個詞。
