Am I wrong?
Is it wrong that I use "we both" sometimes instead of "both of us"? A friend pointed out that I was wrong by using "we both", but ya, I am still a bitI am still a bit unsure about it. thank you for the help ^_^I need some examples as in the situation like Eliot's, thanks =p@Everybody here =) I am not familiar with this tool, so not sure if I could reply every helper's suggestions, I am not sure if its a traditional usage, I even dont know when I picked it up, ya, my bad grammar, language learning is a hard way while full of funny stuff. As subject of a sentence "we both" and "both of us" are interchangeable.
As object of a sentence you use "us both" or "both of us".

probably "we both" is more modern

because traditionally we were told that only both of us is appropriate

I really can not think of any correct context with "we both"

maybe native speakers will clarify it further? ^__^

Both of them are alright- you aren't wrong in saying "we both" or "both of us."  I've never heard of "we both" being wrong before.
