Was bedeutet "Urwurzeln"?
Hi,
A new Austrian friend of mine used a word I'm not familiar with: Urwurzeln I couldn't find its meaning anywhere :-( Is this a dialectal word?
Help? Our conversation is about family roots, so yes, it makes sense. Thanks, Munkelman! ^_^

No, it´s rather quite old-fashioned^^
It means either the roots of a plant that existed houndred thousands of years ago
or
the roots of something/somebody that ly very far back in time
Was that helpful?
