Hello Cecilia,
I love you (我爱你) = Je t'aime (informal) / Je vous aime (formal or plural)
I like you (我喜欢你) = Je t'aime bien (informal) / Je vous aime bien (formal or plural) = Je t'apprécie / Je vous apprécie.
Ainsi, on peut dire "Je t'aime bien mais je ne t'aime pas." (I like you but I don't love you / 我喜欢你但是我不爱你.)

You can also say "je te kiffe" (I like you). It's very informal.
