蘿蔔頭, literally, it means dry carrot. Slang: it is refering to the Japanese people, the Cantonese call the Japanese people in general
During the time while Japan invades China, the Chinese observed the Japanese eating habbit. They eat dry carrots. In Cantonese, dry carrot is called 蘿蔔頭.
