Studying will help you to improve the skills of your job (where you work). I like both.

It depends on the definition of study and work. I believe that studying is a lifelong occupation. Work too shouldn't be limited to the typical notion we have of simply earning a living. Surely, both study and work shape us as human beings and we should strive to develop ourselves in a positive way.
