Difference between driving licence and license
1.I have a riving licence and I own a car.
2.Always have your driving license on you when you drive a car.
So my question is What is the difference between licence and license.

they are both spelled correctly. just like gray and grey licence with a "c" is the British English spelling.

Licence is a variant spelling of license. It isn't very common where I live in the eastern U.S. - I've always seen it spelled license - but my dictionary lists it as an alternate spelling.
