"I appreciate it!"
We have a common saying in English, when you say thank you, you can follow it with "I appreciate it"
Q: I will help you.
A: Thank you. I appreciate it!
Is there something similar in Mandarin ?
Courtney - "I appreciate it" is something I say very often. It seems like 非常感謝 is much stronger. I think it's a cultural difference... we say 'thank you' in a lot more situations than Chinese, or at least in more detail -
it seems to me like the chinese would say 非常感謝 in the same situations as we would say "Thank you so much, I really really appreciate it"... "Thanks, I appreciate it" is a very casual way of saying thank you. Do you often say 非常感謝?

a good tradition to say 'thank u '
to tell the truth , i feel guilty ,i seldom say ' thank u ' to my parents
but deep in my heart , i love them ,
maybe we chinese do action instead of words ,
but sometimes , i admit , it is a way of cheating
i should learn from 'thank u '
