What is the difference between ( Omar and Amar ) in Arabic ?
I mean in writing and pronunciation .

Both of them are different in pronunciation and writing .
Omar = عمر
Amar = عمار
pronunciation of Omar is : O-mar .
pronunciation of Amar is : um - mar .
