What's the difference between manufacturer and factory?
For example : we are a manufacturer(or factory?) specializing in wedding gowns,bridesmaid and evening dresses.

Manufacturer is a business engaged in manufacturing some product or someone who manufactures something
while Factory is a plant consisting of one or more buildings with facilities for manufacturing.
and the last Plant is a buildings for carrying on industrial labour

factory/plant = building where things are made/manufactured
manufacture/maker = person or group that makes/manufacture stuff
manufacture = make
