They mean the same thing.
You can change the pronoun position without changing the meaning.
“Ele ajudou-te” = “Ele te ajudou”
“Ajude-me” (Correct) = “Me ajude” (informal)*
*Portuguese's formal grammar says that we cannot begin a sentence with “Me” or any other “oblique” pronoun. In an informal context, it will be ok.
In Portuguese
Elas significam a mesma coisa.
É possível mudar a posição dos pronomes oblíquos sem mudar o significado.
*A gramática formal do português diz que não devemos iniciar uma frase com "Me" ou qualquer outro pronome oblíquo. Em contextos informais isso é possível.

A diferença?
No one in meaning, but the standard written form would not let you write the second one in the beginning of a statement because 'me' is an obliquous pronouns (the object of verb).
