[My answer assumes that by "Franch" you mean "French"]
Start by watching movies and listening to music in French.
French has a very distinct rhythm and "feel' to it, in addition to rather unique sounds.
Then, if possible, enroll in a course.
If you don't have the chance for classroom instruction, get a good primer, phasebook, dictionary and verb book. It will be easier to teach yourself if you have at least these four references.
There are French conversation clubs that meet regularly in cities throughout the world. Try to find one near you.
Bon chance!
