What is the difference between "tra" and "fra"?
How do I know what to use? Is one more formal?PS I am just learning Italian so thank you for your responses but I can't read full Italian sentences yet :)

I will now tell you one of the best guarded secrets of the Italian languages.
Tra and fra...
...have no difference whatsoever and are interchangeable :P Tra is slightly more used, but feel free to use whichever one sounds better.

se hai un dizionario , sai che fra e tra hanno la stessa funzione.
for example :fra amici e tra amici, they are the same.
comunque, puoi leggere di piu` sull'internet e saprai` il loro uso per pratica.
