Which one of these is correct?
I'm Sleepy:
a) 저도 졸려요
b) 저는 졸려요.
c) 나 졸려

All of them are correct. The difference is this;
저도 졸려요 means "I'm sleepy, too" said in response to someone saying that they are tired first
저는 조려요 means "I'm tired". That's it.
나 졸려 means the same as the last one, but it's 반말, which you use when you are speaking down/disrespectfully to someone or talking to a close friend.
Also consider saying 난 잠이와요, it means te same thing but is used more commonly than 졸리다.
