'que' is not an English word. 'que' is a French word and has the following meanings: 'Que.' is an abbreviation for the Canadian province named Quebec. Most of the people in Quebec speak French as their native language, and most of them know how to speak English as well. 'que' is a French pronoun which means "whom; that; which; and what". 'que" is also a French conjunction that means "that; than; as; if; whether; when; without; and a few other meanings/uses". 'que' is also a French adverb meaning "how, how much, how many, and why". 'quel' is the French adverb. The word 'que' may have many of the same uses in Spanish since Spanish and French share many similarities.

El uso de "que" en español es como usando "that" en inglés. Por ejemplo, si quieres decir, "Deseo que sea feliz", la traducción en inglés es, "I hope that you are happy." Entonces, "que" en español es "that" en inglés.
