ooh.. tough. I like lots of different cuisines.
I suppose my favorite English food is a good traditional roast dinner- probably roasted beef! ;)
My favorite oriental food is probably 牛肉麵- beef noodle soup- Taiwan style.

I like Russian/ USSR food: fried potatoes (Russian), borscht (Ukrainian), palaw (Soviet middle Asia). I have never saw any of these in the US :(
