Best way to translate Hiragana japanese?
Would It be better to translate Hiragana to Romanji then find the translation or go straight from Hiragana to the translation?I have hiragana down for the most part, so many people doubting me =( haha just kidding
if you can read hiragana you should have no problem. Sounds like you don't even know how to read them. what you are saying is so foundational thing.
Hey, study harder lazy boy!

If i didn't misunderstand your question...
The latter should be better, because Romaji may become more confusing.
Translation site i use:
http://www.excite.co.jp/world/english/
or google translate,ha.
For e-dictionary, you may install a software called "EBwin", then put any dictionaries into it.

If you are using japanese OS, which I doublt, there is a windows function to let you do it.
Select the words that you want to translate into Romaji, then right-click and chose "再変換".
After Chosing it, press "F11" button.
