Hi, yes these are prefixes. Next time go to www.thefreedictionary.com inter = between, among . Examples ;intervene come between, international between nations, interjection a statement thrown in intra and intro = within . Examples; intramural within a school, introvert [ person who keeps his feelings, ideas within himself]
