Me 2 find it hard to express it in English. Can we say, for example, she's got charm/ charisma/class/style/ "IT"/ an appealing personality; she's sophisticated/chic; she cuts a dashing figure? Of course each of these has its own emphasis, as 气质itself is a complicated thing.
