I'd like to know what does "coming out" mean? and I'd like to get some examples as well.

"Coming out" can also mean coming out in society by making your debut. Although old fashioned, debutante balls are very popular in western countries where girls get dressed up in white dresses and their partners wear tuxedos and get presented to the Mayor and other dignitaries..

Often refers to gay people who have been too scared to express their preferences. They then change their minds and start enjoying their lives. We say: they are finally coming out.
It can refer to anyone keeping any kind of emotion bottled up inside and finally letting go.
