Can I say I just came back?我刚回来.
when I was back to office. My colleague ask me whether I saw somebody else. Can I say sorry I just came back?

Yes, you can use the simple past in American English in this situation. The word 'just' lets your collegue know that you are talking about the recent past.
I just came back.
In formal American English or in British English the present perfect tense is preferred.
I've just come back.
