no, non si usa dire "ti voglio benissimo". si può dire "ti voglio molto/tanto/moltissimo/tantissimo/immensamente bene" "ti voglio un mondo/un mare/un sacco DI bene" "ti voglio UN bene dell'anima/immenso" "ti voglio bene con tutto il cuore/con tutto(a) me stesso(a)"
