what does "open-minded person" mean?
i had a friend, he always got help or "love" depends on cheat or lie,so i dont think he is a good friend for me,but he said i am not a open-minded person. so, for you,what is open-minded? live life without responsibilities?

Open minded = that you are willing to hear, recieve and even consider 'new ideas' or opinions without being horrified or about to have a heart attack ^^... but it doesn't mean you have to accept everything you hear, the most spectacular reasons or explanations about anything. With and open mind your brain is able to ANALYZE two or more possibilities, that's all. It's up to you if you decide to adopt a belief that makes no sense.
