What's the difference between lovely, cute and cuddly?

Hmmm..interesting question, never really thought about it but...
cuddly expresses more of what it feels like.
Ex: "That bear looks so cuddly and soft!!"
Lovely, I would say, is a more sophisticated way of saying "nice" XD
Ex: "She is such a lovely girl."
And, I believe cute is used more for describing something "adorable." It's usually associated with "child-like" things.
Ex: "She is such a cute girl!"
( In this sentence compared to the previous sentence with "lovely," the context is different. It may be someone referring to a little girl who's cute, or etc.)

Hope this helps (>.<)
