What does "prendre le temps de prendre le temps" mean?

J'ai trouvé sur un forum , ce petit bout de texte , ça peut t'aider à comprendre mieux le sens .(I found on a forum, this small piece of text, it can help you understand better the meaning)
Prendre le temps de prendre le temps……..prendre le temps de perdre son temps….prendre le temps de regarder le temps passer………
Mais dans un sens plus positif : Ça peut vouloir dire de pas se stresser , et prendre le temps de vivre .(But in a more positive sense: It may mean not to stretch and take the time to live.)
