"Dream out loud DOL"
It is sort of a slogan. You "scream" something out means you say it in a very loud voice. You don't literally 'dream it out " , but it is used this way to inspire people to live out their dreams. The slogan is adapted by an indie rock band and a fashion line among others.
"make of a car"
The make of a car refers to the company, that makes it.
