I like some songs well known only by little people~ These music is sometimes melodic instead of some rock music. So I will recomment "Making love out of nothing at all"to you. When return to Chinese songs, I like songs of VAE~

I hate Chinese music nowadays. The music industry is dominated by pop music for the most part that I can't help but feel sick listening to. Ur asking for good songs, but music tastes are highly subjective. What I'd like probably wouldn't work for you.

Not much of a song but I like "Moon reflecting on Erquan pond" it is a Erhu song and it's really really relaxing. I want to learn to play Erhu when I am older. Also I have a softspot for old soviet and chinese national songs from the 50's and 60's ;)

I know only the Pinyin, version of these songs, as I am still learning how to read and write the characters: Peng you; Tong Hua, Zhong Guo and Wo Bu Zai Rang Ni Gu Dan. These are songs I often sing when I am in China, in KTV, or here in the USA, to practice the language.
