Dark Panther is right. In english people used to call you by a short form of your name. Like he's showed you: Andy for Andreevich and just Shoo for Shoobenkin. But I guess you could present yourself just as Vlad, that would be similar to Вова in russian :)

I can't pronounce your name either. Ouch!
If we were good buddies, I'd probably just call you "Andy Shoo" But that sounds more Chinese than Ukrainian. :P
