Smog 是个名词, 跟污染有关- Smog implies pollution, for example, "All of these cars create so much smog!"
Smoke 是个名词,或者动词,平常跟火有关- Smoke can be used in a number of ways, but usually relates to a fire source, for example, "I don't like people who smoke (动词) cigarettes." Or, "The fireplace filled the room with smoke. (名词)"
