A good question Alejandro, 'Blackberry' here is as an English word referring to el teléfono celular and will be considered the same gender as the cellphone, hence: El blackberry So you say 'el blackberry' when you are talking about the phone itself. As for the 'la blackberry' in http://lablackberry.com/, here 'la' doesn't refer to the cellular device ,it refers maybe to 'la pagina' , the site itself. "La Blackberry pagina" for example. In the same page you will find this sentence : " El BlackBerry Partner Fund anuncia los finalistas regionales. " Here 'el' is used to refer to the English masculine word 'partner'. Since it is a loanword from the English language the gender of the article will be determined by the succeeding English (as in partner) or Spanish (as in pagina) word. You will always use the masculine article 'el' when it refers to the telefono itself as mentioned by Sonia.

Cómo estás Alejandro? En Argentina la mayoría de las personas le decimos "la" Blackberry. Si te referís al smartphone deberías decirle "el", cómo mencionó Sonia. Para mi le decimos "la" Blackberry, no porque nos estemos refiriendo a la página de internet, sino porque en español Blackberry significa "mora" (es una fruta). Entonces sería como que estemos diciendo LA mora, pero en inglés. Saludos!!
