i want to know if " itta desho & itta daro " ,are the same in meaning ?

Yes, these are same meaning.
Itta desho. - it's more for wemen. Men can also say this.
Itta daro - It's for men to say.

same,"itta deshou" is honorific,"itta darou" is normal.

The meaning of them are the same. But you only tend to use ....
いっただろ If you are a male
いったでしょ If you are a female
でしょ(う)can be used by male in those conditions as well.
For example:
その時間には間に合わないでしょう
(I guess) you won't make it on time.
お金がいるんでしょう?
You need money, don't you?
To express your emotion and supposition.
