意思意思 is a slang ,
something you don't do much for some reason, but it means a lot more than it looks.
for example: over dinner , somebody is allergic to alcohol. when it's time for toast, somebody just licks a little wine to moisturize his lips ,or drink tea instead of wine.... he will explain that "意思意思”-------means he can just drink a little, or drink a substitute for alcohol...but it means as much as alcohol. ( to Chinese people, toasts with alcohol means sincereness .)

"意思意思 is a slang "----copy from Naomi :P
feel the slightly difference in different contexts:
---ur Boss: oh~! what a precious gift ! it's no need to do this,Paul.
---You:oh~come on,Mark,you helped to much about this.意思意思~
---ur Buddy:Wow~ you guys get such a good car. 意思意思,lend me for couple days~!
---you:yeah~~ but take care of it!
---somebody: Paul,I helped you again~~ do you wanna bribery to me ? (kiding)
---You: yes! I will treat tomorrow~~意思意思
so 意思意思means to give a small benefit literal.
